Ham, Pineapple and Cheese Sandwich

Recipe : Ingredients

1 kaiser roll
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 leaf lettuce
1 slice onion
1 slice reduced-fat Swiss cheese (or any other white cheese)
2 slices ham
2 rings canned pineapple, drained


Slice the roll in half. Spread mustard on the bottom half, and top with the lettuce, cheese, ham and pineapple.


I like to sometime add a few sliced pickeled chili peppers, or bean sprouts or whatever is at hand.
