Peppers, Pineapple & Onion Pizza

Recipe : Crust:
2 Greek style flat bread (or store bought pizza crust)

Topping:
4 oz Store bought Pizza Sauce
4 oz Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto (Classico Brand recommended)
1/2 medium yellow pepper
1/2 medium red pepper
1/2 medium yellow onion
4 oz diced pineapple
3/4 Cup FF mozzarella cheese shredded
1/4 Cup Low fat mozzarella cheese shredded (helps the FF cheese melt)


Pre-Heat Oven to 450 deg.

Toppings, combine pizza sauce and Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto to make sauce then brush on to the crust until desired thickness. Set aside remainder for another pizza.

Slice, mince, shred remaining ingredients (except diced pineapple) place on pizza crust then add diced pineapple and slide in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
