Pizza Stuffed Hoagie Sandwich

Recipes Summary : I love this recipe. It is quick and easy meal. 1 sandwich easily makes for a full meal. Using low fat and whole wheat bread for the ingredients makes for a tasy yet relatively healthy meal. If you are making this for just one then hold the unused ingredients in storage containers for even quicker sandwiches later when all you will have to do is add the stuffing and cheese to the hoagie rolls and grill.

Prep Time : 20 Mins.
* 2 oz. chopped lean deli pastrami sandwich slices
* 1 tsp. dried Italian seasonings
* 1/8 tsp. pepper
* 2oz. low fat pepperoni
* 4 oz. pizza sauce
* 2 Tbsp. grated low fat Parmesan cheese
* 4 oz. low or no fat grated mozzarella cheese
* 4 oz. diced green peppers
* 4 oz. diced onions
* 2 whole wheat hoagie buns

Prepare and heat oven. Combine pastrami slices and Italian seasonings in a bowl and mix gently and spread evenly over buns. Spread pepperoni over the pastrami slices, then the pizza sauce, then spread the onions and green pepper and finally the Parmesan cheese.

Top each hoagie with a 1/2 of the cheese. Grill buns and let cheese melt for 1-2 minutes. 2 sandwiches
